1. General Refund Policy
TruboRank AI provides digital services accessed through cryptocurrency payments. Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate delivery of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable by default.
However, we are committed to fair treatment of our users and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We may grant a refund in the following situations:
- Technical failure: If you paid for a Pro subscription but the service was not activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
- Service unavailability: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) and you did not use any Pro features during your subscription.
- Unauthorized transaction: If you can provide evidence that a charge was made without your authorization.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the service after purchase.
- Unused features: Not using Pro features during an active subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with results: Not achieving desired improvements in AI discoverability, as results depend on many factors beyond our control.
- Voluntary cancellation: Cancelling your subscription mid-cycle.
- Incorrect payment: Sending the wrong cryptocurrency amount or to an incorrect address (unless caused by an error in our payment instructions).
- Violation of Terms: Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Contact us: Email support@truborankai.com with your account email, transaction details, and the reason for your refund request.
- Provide evidence: Include your NOWPayments invoice ID, payment transaction hash, and any relevant screenshots or documentation.
- Review period: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- Resolution: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to complete due to cryptocurrency processing times.
5. Pro-Rated Refunds
In cases where a refund is approved for a Pro subscription that has been partially used, we may issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. The calculation considers:
- The number of days remaining in the billing cycle.
- The number of scans and Pro features used during the period.
- The original payment amount and currency.
6. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment. Due to cryptocurrency price volatility, the USD value of a refund at the time of processing may differ from the original payment amount. We do not compensate for exchange rate fluctuations.
7. Cancellation and Access
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle, except as outlined in Section 2.
- Your account reverts to the Free Plan at the end of the billing period.
8. Disputed Transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. We do not process chargebacks or disputes through traditional banking channels. If you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us directly before the payment is sent, as we cannot reverse completed blockchain transactions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
