1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TruboRank AI ("the Service"), operated by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

TruboRank AI provides a platform that:

  • Scans websites for AI discoverability, including robots.txt accessibility, sitemap availability, link headers, Markdown support, and AI bot access rules.
  • Analyzes websites for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) readiness.
  • Generates reports with actionable insights, recommendations, and implementation guidance.
  • Provides tools for generating AI-optimized content structures, including llms.txt files and Markdown versions of pages.
  • Offers Pro features such as saved reports, advanced analysis, and priority scanning for paying subscribers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TruboRank AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
  • Receive necessary account, verification, security, payment, and service emails related to your use of TruboRank AI.

Marketing emails, if offered, are optional and may be unsubscribed from separately. Essential account and service emails are required for operating the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Free and Pro Plans

5.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan provides basic scanning capabilities including AI discoverability checks, robots.txt analysis, and fundamental AEO/GEO assessments. Scan results are not permanently saved and may be rate-limited.

5.2 Pro Plan

The Pro Plan, available for $12 USD per month, includes:

  • Unlimited or increased scan quotas.
  • Saved reports and historical scan data.
  • Advanced analysis with detailed recommendations.
  • Access to Pro tools including llms.txt generation and content structure optimization.
  • Priority processing and support.

5.3 Subscription Terms

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Payments are processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency.
  • Your subscription activates upon confirmed payment and expires at the end of the billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed through NOWPayments in cryptocurrency (USDT, TRX, LTC, XRP, DOGE, SOL, BNB, or other supported currencies).
  • Prices are quoted in USD. The cryptocurrency amount may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payment.
  • Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
  • Use the Service to send spam, malware, or malicious content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or provide the Service as part of a competing offering.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except through our provided interfaces.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

  • TruboRank AI, including its software, design, content, logos, and trademarks, is the property of TruboRank AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Scan reports and recommendations generated by the Service are provided for your informational use. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes related to your website.
  • You retain all rights to the content of websites you submit for scanning. We do not claim ownership over your content.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

NO WARRANTIES: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NO GUARANTEES: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USING OUR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL IMPROVE YOUR WEBSITE'S VISIBILITY IN AI SYSTEMS, SEARCH ENGINES, OR ANSWER ENGINES. RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING CHANGES TO AI ALGORITHMS AND CRAWLING BEHAVIORS.

ACCURACY: WHILE WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCAN RESULTS, REPORTS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR CURRENT. AI SYSTEMS AND THEIR REQUIREMENTS EVOLVE RAPIDLY, AND OUR ANALYSIS REFLECTS THE STATE OF KNOWLEDGE AT THE TIME OF THE SCAN.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUBORANKAI AI AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
  • ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.
  • ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruboRank AI and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.
  • Any website you submit for scanning that you do not own or have permission to analyze.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Abuse of the Service or other users.
  • Extended periods of inactivity.
  • Requests by law enforcement or government agencies.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Pro subscriptions may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international e-commerce principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which TruboRank AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TruboRank AI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
