End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms under which you may access and use TruboRankAI Pro, including premium scans, AI visibility insights, AI bot tracking, Google Search Console insights, AI assistance, content ideas, and other Pro-only tools.

This Agreement explains the terms under which you may use TruboRankAI Pro. It is intended to be clear and practical, but it does not replace independent legal advice.

By subscribing to, accessing, or using TruboRankAI Pro, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use the Pro features.

License to Use TruboRankAI Pro

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and an active Pro subscription, TruboRankAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Pro features for your own websites or websites you are authorized to manage.

You do not own TruboRankAI, its software, source code, dashboard, interface, design, workflows, scoring systems, algorithms, models, databases, infrastructure, or internal systems. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by TruboRankAI.

Pro Subscription Access

Pro features are available only while your subscription or paid access period is active and in good standing. These features may include deeper website scans, AI visibility analysis, AI bot tracking, Google Search Console insights, AI assistance, content ideas, saved reports, and other premium tools.

If your subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or payment fails, TruboRankAI may limit, suspend, or remove access to Pro features and related data.

TruboRankAI may update, improve, remove, replace, or modify features at any time to improve the product, maintain security, or adapt to changes in search engines, AI platforms, APIs, third-party services, or technical requirements.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for ensuring that any website you submit, connect, scan, or track is owned by you or managed with proper authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may use TruboRankAI Pro to analyze websites, review AI visibility signals, monitor authorized bot activity, generate optimization ideas, and receive recommendations intended to support AI discoverability, AEO, GEO, and search visibility workflows.

You agree to use TruboRankAI Pro lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, third-party websites, or external services integrated with the platform.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, or commercially exploit TruboRankAI or Pro features without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, clone, recreate, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, workflows, scoring systems, prompts, or internal logic.
• Scrape, harvest, overload, abuse, automate, or bypass rate limits, access controls, usage limits, or security protections.
• Use TruboRankAI to scan, track, or collect data from websites you do not own or have permission to manage.
• Use the platform for spam, deceptive practices, illegal activity, malware, phishing, harassment, or abuse of third-party systems.
• Share account access in a way that avoids subscription limits or allows unauthorized users to access Pro features.

AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

TruboRankAI may provide AI-powered suggestions, visibility insights, content ideas, prompts, summaries, and optimization recommendations. These outputs are informational and should be reviewed by a human before being applied to your website, business, or content strategy.

You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, suitability, legality, and brand fit of any recommendation before using it. You are also responsible for any website changes, content updates, code edits, tracking installations, or business decisions you make based on TruboRankAI outputs.

Website Scan and Data Usage

When you submit a website URL, TruboRankAI may collect and analyze publicly accessible information such as pages, metadata, headers, robots.txt, sitemaps, structured data, Markdown availability, link signals, and AI crawler access rules.

If you connect supported third-party services, such as Google Search Console, TruboRankAI may use the authorized data to display insights, identify opportunities, and support Pro reporting. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect and analyze that property.

TruboRankAI uses scan and connected data to operate the service, generate reports, provide insights, maintain performance, improve product quality, and protect the platform from abuse.

AI Bot Tracking Script

TruboRankAI Pro may provide an AI bot tracking script or related installation instructions to help identify AI crawler and search bot activity on your website.

You may install the tracking script only on websites that you own, control, or are explicitly authorized to manage. You must not install the script on websites owned or controlled by someone else without permission.

You are responsible for implementing the script correctly and for complying with any applicable privacy, cookie, analytics, disclosure, and data protection requirements for your website and jurisdiction.

Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation

Payments may be handled through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Whop, crypto or manual payment, or other supported payment methods. Available payment methods may change over time.

Billing, renewals, refunds, cancellations, access timing, and subscription management may depend on the payment method used. If you subscribed through Whop, you may need to manage your subscription, renewal, or cancellation through Whop. If you subscribed through manual or crypto payment, renewal may not be automatic.

Pro access may begin after payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider or verified manually. Failed, expired, disputed, refunded, or cancelled payments may result in limited or removed Pro access.

No Guarantee of Rankings or Traffic

TruboRankAI provides insights, recommendations, tracking, diagnostics, and optimization support. It does not guarantee higher Google rankings, AI answer citations, ChatGPT mentions, AI search visibility, organic traffic, revenue, leads, conversions, or sales.

Search engines, AI answer platforms, crawlers, ranking systems, citation behavior, and user behavior are controlled by third parties and can change at any time. Results depend on many factors outside TruboRankAI's control.

Intellectual Property

TruboRankAI and its software, design, branding, interface, features, reports, scoring systems, internal methods, documentation, and related materials are owned by TruboRankAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your own website content and data that you submit or connect, subject to the rights needed for TruboRankAI to provide the service.

Service Availability

TruboRankAI aims to provide reliable access, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party provider issues, network problems, abuse prevention, or events outside our control.

Some features depend on third-party APIs, search platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, hosting providers, or AI model providers. Changes or outages from those services may affect TruboRankAI functionality.

Termination

You may stop using TruboRankAI Pro at any time. Depending on your payment method, you may need to cancel through the relevant third-party provider or contact support for manual billing arrangements.

TruboRankAI may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, misuse the platform, fail to pay, create security risk, abuse third-party systems, or use the service in a way that could harm TruboRankAI, other users, or external services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruboRankAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

TruboRankAI is provided as a SaaS diagnostic and optimization support platform. You are responsible for decisions, implementations, and outcomes related to your website and business.

Changes to this Agreement

TruboRankAI may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, payment provider changes, or operational updates. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of TruboRankAI Pro after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
